As part of the partnership activities with UNICEF outlined in the "Joint Program for Mental Health and Psychosocial Well-Being and Development of Children and Adolescents", we continue to educate, encourage activities and increase citizens' awareness of mental health in local communities.

About the event
WHO CO North Macedonia is continuing its collaboration with women leaders’ NGOS in strategically supporting local communities in raising awareness of the importance of mental health in children and adolescents. Skopje municipalities of Gjorche Petrov, Saraj and Centar hosted a seris of open Forums to discuss mental health and wellbeing and to de-stigmatize mental health issues in their respective communities.
Field activities were carried out in partnership with the civil society sector organizations Association for sustainable development BIOM - Skopje and Expert Parenting Centre - Alternativa, as part of the UNICEF - WHO Joint Program.
