About the event
UNDP’s partnership with the private sector over the years became one of the main pillars of its work defining the key strategic positions to create a resilient economy and unified agenda for sustainable, inclusive growth enhancing social and economic development and realizing some of the Sustainable Development Goals.
“Prioritising innovation today is the key to unlocking postcrises growth. We, as UNDP, stand firmly alongside with the private sector building core partnership. As the world looks toward the recovery on many levels, we need to build back rapidly, but also in a socially and environmentally sustainable manner.
UNDP remains the long standing and credible partner to the private sector business sector, will continue to strengthen the capacities of the employees and company thus fostering economic growth and inclusive society.” – underline Armen Grigoryan, UNDP’s Resident Representative in North Macedonia.
“To come back stronger, companies should reimagine their business model as they return to full speed. The moment is not to be lost: those who step up their game will be better off and far more ready to confront the challenges and opportunities of the next normal than those who do not.” – added Grigoryan.
