Enhancing gender-responsive local policies through collecting, interpreting and communicating data

We gathered coordinators for equal opportunities, representatives from 14 municipalities and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy in Ohrid for an enriching three-day exchange dedicated to evaluating and enhancing gender-responsive measures in local programmes in 2024. 

The participants engaged in dynamic discussions, from recognizing gender narratives to addressing the challenges in collecting and interpreting data for #GenderResponsiveBudgeting. Through practical exercises, we worked together to shape inclusive policies and enhance the communication of results that empower women and promote #GenderEquality at the local level.
