UN Women Organized EU Gender Indicators Training for Line Ministries

The training, conducted under the Gender Responsive Governance Programme and supported by Sweden, aimed to bring gender issues closer to the thematic priorities of the Growth Plan and the Reform Agenda for the Western Balkans, as well as to key chapters on the path towards EU membership.
Representatives from several partner ministries – including European affairs, transport, public administration, justice, energy, finance, education, health, digital transformation, labour, social policy, demography, and youth – had the opportunity through practical exercises to deepen their knowledge of how gender indicators can be applied in programmes and institutional strategies to ensure fairer and more inclusive policies.
