Workshop for young journalists

The participants had the opportunity to acquire information related to the rights of refugees, the war in Ukraine and the refugee crisis, the reproductive aspects of the refugee crisis, and in addition, acquire techniques for mobile journalism through theoretical lectures and practical exercises, as well as techniques to improve their mental health. After the workshop, 8 participants had the opportunity to apply to be part of a mentoring program organized by YEF, Radio MOF, and UNHCR. With the support of their mentors, young journalists had the task of creating a media product in the form of a text, multimedia story, podcast, short video, interview, or similar, which they published in the medium where they work, and it was also featured on the occasion of marking Human Rights Day.
